How can I order?

Our shop works on a “drop” basis. We will announce the date of our next drop ahead of time. The best place to find this information is in our VIP group, on our Facebook business page or on Instagram.

Ready to ship items will be posted on our website on the date advertised and you can shop from any of the items available.

What if I need an out of stock size for a sibling?

We love doing sibling sets! One of the reasons we started sewing clothing was to have sibling sets in sizes outside of what ready to wear companies offered. We try to reserve a small amount of fabric to do a custom sibling size as needed on a first come, first serve basis.

Please email us at hello@SusieSunshineClothingCo.com to inquire about availability. Turn around time will vary by item but should be around 2 weeks. Exact TAT will be agreed upon when order is placed.

PayPal invoice will be sent once TAT is agreed upon and 50% of the total is due upon receipt. Final balance is due when item is finished and will not ship until it is paid. 

When will my order ship?

Shipping days are Tuesdays and Fridays for any items placed before 4pm on the day prior (Ex. An order placed at 7PM on Monday will ship with our Friday batch). Local pickup available in Lake Stevens, WA upon request.

Can I return an item?

No returns/exchanges accepted at this time due to COVID19 restrictions. Please check size charts carefully to ensure fit. Please contact us if you have any workmanship concerns and we’ll work to find a solution!

How should I wash my Susie Sunshine Clothing Co. items?

To keep garments in their best condition and in hand me down quality, please follow care instructions listed on the garment’s tag. We recommend a cold wash, tumble dry low, no iron and no bleach to keep colors vibrant and materials strong. We recommend you wash before first wear.

Do you offer collaborations?

We love supporting other small shops! The majority of our fabrics and notions are purchased from other small shops. If you’re interested in a collaboration, please send us an email at the address above!

Anything else I should know?

All items are constructed in a smoke free, dog friendly home. The dog is not permitted on any surface the clothing is being constructed on, but is present in the home. Please reach out if you have any concerns!

All fabric is prewashed in free and clear (fragrance-free) detergent before cutting/sewing to reduce shrinkage.

We like to send a small treat in our packages to let you know how happy we are to have you as our customer. Please let us know at check-out if you want us to leave this out for any reason.
